We LOVE Sean! We are very fortunate that he was assigned to us. Sean showed us a few homes before we found the perfect home. He took his time with us at each location. He was always very honest and giving his opinions about the homes we saw. Even pointing out “flaws” in the homes he thought we wouldn’t be happy with. He knew that we this was our first home purchase and explained the process to us very well. He was in constant communication with us every step of the way and made sure that we got all the documentation signed and submitted on time. Let me tell you, there is sooo much paperwork being transmitted online back and forth that there is a higher probability of something getting missed and having a delay on our end, but that didn’t happen. Sean made certain and reminded us when things were due. He made our first home buying experience a pleasant one. He even negotiated for some repairs to be done and a credit for a small damage! Sean listened carefully to what we wanted in a home and was extremely helpful in helping us find and view houses that fit our needs and our budget. He was flexible in scheduling showings to fit our schedules, and was communicative throughout the process. He also had great recommendations for a locally-based mortgage firm and other services. He impressed me with how quickly he sent me new listings and with his knowledge of the local market so that we wouldn’t overpay, and when the right home became available, he was very proactive in arranging a showing and writing an offer, because we knew it would go fast. This review comes a few weeks late. Mostly because we’ve been busy moving! Sean has been awesome to work with. He has showed our family probably 15+ properties, and never once did we feel any pressure or negative vibes from him. He was always accommodating with our last minute requests to view a property too. Once we found a rental, Sean was able to get the owners to decrease the deposit by $1500, which was a really huge help! He’s been professional and super helpful and I’m not worried about having to move again because we’ve found a realtor that we can really trust.

Sean was a great agent from beginning to end. He was selective in the properties he chose to send me and made sure that they met all the requirements that I had asked for. He was quick to schedule showings and was knowledgeable about the community and the property itself. He was also honest in pointing out different aspects of each one. My husband and I had Sean as our Realtor and I can’t say how pleased we were with his expertise and knowledge. He’s very professional. He listens to what the home buyers are looking for and works with you all the way until you find something you truly want. As first time home buyers we certainly did not feel pressured or hurried to make a decision.

There were several other offers on the home we ultimately purchased, but he was able to make sure they chose ours. He explained the home buying process and walked us through all the paperwork and answered all of the questions we had. He even had a notary come to our house late at night so we could get all the paperwork in time.

We had a little trouble with our loan, but he was able to connect my husband to a lender who was able to get us funded very quickly.

My wife and I were both thoroughly impressed with Mr. Neuberger. We recently bought our first home, and we were both clueless as to the method. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every aspect of the process. For several months, he provided us with listings of available properties. At no point did we feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. After we narrowed our selections to a handful of homes, he provided us with detailed information about each one, so we not only could be educated about the property, but also about the potential return on investment, with comparable area home sales and pricing history.

He is an agile, effective negotiator. At certain points, I had doubts we would get our home, but he proved us wrong. There were even times when he was at our home late at night, making sure our paperwork was swiftly in order.

Like most homes, we discovered some problems during our inspection. He was able to get every one fixed, at absolutely no cost to us, saving us thousands of dollars. He even handled issues after the sale had closed, going well above and beyond his obligations as an agent.

We connected with Sean when we were looking to move out of our condo into a single family home. We were super excited and had a vision for what we wanted- Sean was super attentive, positive and fast.
